There are 33 such discounts, averaging about AUD 6,185 and reaching a maximum of about AUD 8,124, and they are concentrated at two pathway colleges — the University of Adelaide College and Murdoch College. A discount of that size is genuinely useful, but it is a reduction of a AUD 30,000–45,000 fee, not a free degree.
Be sceptical of “fully funded Australia” promises. Highly competitive scholarships do exist in the wider market, but no agent can hand you one, and anyone guaranteeing a “free” Australian degree is a warning sign. What you still have to budget for

For the Subclass 500 you must prove living funds of AUD 29,710 for 12 months, on top of your first-year tuition and travel — and it has to be money you or your sponsor genuinely hold, with a history you can explain.
